Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions:

‘eGift Card’ means the eGift Card that is emailed to you upon Redemption of a Redemption Code.

‘Redeem’ means to enter the Redemption Code on a redemption website for a particular supplier of goods and/or services to register for an eGift Card.

‘Redemption’ means you have completed the process to Redeem your selected eGift Card on the redemption website.

‘Redemption Code’ means the single-use, 8-character unique alphanumeric code used to Redeem a selected eGift Card on a redemption website.

You must activate your Redemption Code by 11:59 AEST on the stated expiry date. If you do not activate your Redemption Code during this time period, you will forfeit any entitlement to the Redemption Code and eGift Card. Note your Redemption Code is not an eGift Card.
eGift Card that are not redeemed within the designated timeframe cannot be re-activated, extended or refunded in any way.
A Redemption Code may be used to redeem a valid eGift Card for goods or services at nominated retailers or suppliers in Australia when the eGift Card has sufficient value to make the purchase within the applicable usage period.
Each Redemption Code must be Redeemed for a selected reward at the participating retailer.
Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 (trading as NRMA Insurance) and Digital Glue Australia Proprietary Limited ACN 126 643 007 (Digital Glue) are committed to safeguarding the information you provide. When you redeem your Redemption Code, NRMA Insurance and Digital Glue (who provide the eGift Card platform) collect information required to administer the eGift Card delivery. This information is collected for the purpose of supporting the administration of the eGift Card. By redeeming the eGift Card, you consent to your personal information being handled by Digital Glue in accordance with its privacy policy and by NRMA Insurance in accordance with its privacy policy. Each privacy policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their information, how individuals may complain about the treatment of their personal information, and how NRMA Insurance and/or Digital Glue will deal with such a complaint.
Each eGift Card may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the merchant to which the eGift Card relates. Redemption processes, terms and conditions and instructions of use may vary across different eGift Cards.
Your selected eGift Card will be valid until the end of the expiry date specified on the eGift Card itself. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card or voucher, or be replaced after expiry, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. eGift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable. NRMA Insurance is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to your spam filters or email settings.
You must keep your eGift Card secure. If your eGift Card is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, you must immediately report this by emailing Digital Glue at support@reweardonline.com.au.
Digital Glue may be able to stop stored eGift Cards being used if you can provide your Redemption Code or Redemption details.
If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction in relation to your eGift Card, please contact the store where the transaction was made. Neither Digital Glue nor NRMA Insurance is able to reverse any approved transactions.
If you have a query or complaint about the eGift Card you have received, please send an email to Digital Glue at support@reweardonline.com.au.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), NRMA Insurance and Digital Glue is not liable for any loss arising from a failure to complete the Redemption, or arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, any Redemption Code or eGift Card. Nothing in these conditions of entry restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
